Keep a line spool supported while you set up a reel. Declan clamps to a suitable tabletop or rod, with a spring-loaded spindle to hold the spool between its retainers. The opposite side has a hand winding plate for taking line off. It is a manual tool, so the winding comes from your hand or reel rather than a motor.
