01Delivery cost and destination

Standard shipping to the United States costs $5.99 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. Available delivery options and any applicable tax are shown before you pay. Orders to unsupported destinations will not ship; if payment has already been collected, we will arrange a full refund.

02Processing and delivery estimates

Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

03Where parcels come from

Products may ship directly from fulfillment partners in China. The Washington, DC business correspondence address is not a dispatch location or a published returns warehouse. The store covers import duties; you do not pay those duties separately on delivery.

04Tracking and split deliveries

When a parcel has shipped, use the tracking link provided with your order or visit Track My Order. A label may be created before the carrier records its first movement. Some orders travel in separate parcels; tracking information is provided for each parcel when available.

05An address change or delivery problem

Check your delivery address before payment. If it needs changing, contact us promptly with your order number. We can only change an address before the order enters dispatch. If tracking stops updating, shows delivery that you have not received, or the parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

06Delays, damage and remedies

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will tell you about the delay and provide the choice of agreeing to a revised timeframe or canceling for a refund. For transit damage, keep the packaging and send photographs of the item and packaging, preferably within 14 days of delivery. This reporting request does not limit rights that apply under law.
